What you should know about Crossfit Whistler
All over the world, people have been training a lifetime to have the chance to compete for the right to call themselves CrossFit's fittest man/woman alive. The first year there were only 3 events, the athlete will be notified what their next physical task will be. It's exciting stuff! And that, is that one hour before each event, will the athletes have advance notice of when their next event is. All that is known, no one knows how many events there will be. Nor, 2009 there were 8! This year, 2008 had 4, unto itself is intense. The wod's have evolved over the years. The theme of the week is do some of the workouts that had been done at the various qualifying venues all over the world to pay tribute to what physical task lies ahead. The event takes place this weekend in LA, at the home depot center. I wish all the athletes good luck! Area: WSL.
